  • the type of subscription (Germanyticket, student ticket, ...)

  • your first and last Name

  • your address

  • your telephone number

  • we will review your case and contact you

As long as you don't have a subscription card, please buy tickets regularly. Once the review process is complete, you will receive a refund if the error was ours.
